“Exceptional”
We stayed for 6 nights and we are very satisfied our stayed. The place are nice. Near to city, and lots of restaurants near by just walking distance. The breakfast is good have many options. The staffs is friendly. Only downside there is no swimming pool. Other than that all good.

“The breakfast was delicious, and having a supermarket right next door was very convenient.”
The facilities were clean, and I was given a room upgrade, which made my stay even more comfortable. There was construction work going on in front of the hotel, so the view wasn’t the best, but I was still happy with the city view. There’s also a supermarket in the basement of the building next door, which was very handy. These weren’t major issues, but there weren’t many bus routes to the main tourist attractions, and there was an unpleasant smell in the lobby, so I sometimes used a different entrance to avoid it.

“Excellent”
Liked: The location was good closet to pubs; the room was big enough. The breakfast was fabulous. The towels were change at demand. The bar from the lobby was amazing. The restaurant first flour - good service, but the menu was limited with difficult choices, no salad.
Disliked: I needed three hairdryer to dry my hair. ONe day nobody entered the room to empty the bin or to bring water.

“Very nice Hotel”
I had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Warsaw and would highly recommend it! The room was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable. The location is also amazing — very convenient for exploring Warsaw and getting around the city. One of the highlights was the fantastic Sky Bar. It has a great atmosphere, beautiful views, and an excellent selection of cocktails — definitely worth visiting, even if you’re not staying at the hotel. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. Great rooms, delicious breakfast, friendly service, an excellent location, and a fantastic Sky Bar. I would definitely stay here again!

“Exceptional”
Liked: I liked everything. The view from the apartment is tremendous, the entire whole has quite a luxurious feeling to it, the rooftop bar has a lovely atmosphere and the cocktails are super tasty, the breakfast in Nova Wola restaurant is exceptional, and the all the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.
