Crowne Plaza Yas Island By IHG

Everything in it doesn't show its 5 star no coffee machine freg is hot the lobby is hot and its expensive for nothing

The staff was really nice and very accommodating..hotel was very good

Liked: Great place to enjoy the Parks with family.

Disliked: Breakfast organization could be better. To much caos and unorganized. Hotel should have more options for dinning. Only two restaurants, and one is a buffet (all you can eat style), for people that are not heavy eaters is really unpractical.

Liked: I had an issue with my kids’ nanny so she was not able to come with us however my reservation was two separate rooms but when I contacted them they upgraded my reservation to get connected rooms

Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like it was excellent experience

Liked: All was exceeding my expectations. Special thanks to reception Maricol and Rojeena (if I'm not mistaken the names), they are wonderful, upgraded our room, and supported with the Park tickets. Sure for the future this hotel is option one for me, if the price matches with my budget, no doubt. Thanks again Hotel Crown Plaza Yas Island

Disliked: Nothing to write here.

Liked: The room was so nice and clean. And to get a free access to one of the theme parks is a win! I enjoyed the stay

Disliked: I just didn’t like the breakfast that much honestly. And the pool is a bit small.

Liked: Free shuttle to yas mall plus theme park within YAS. Great breakfast at Jing Asia. Lovely view where I can see golf courses. Free pass to all YAS theme park (except Waterpark I didn’t make time). Free cake on my birthday when I checked in.

Disliked: I can hear families particularly children sounds at night. Fitness hardly big. Nothing major concerns.

I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi and would definitely recommend it. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, the food was delicious, and the location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers looking to stay close to the airport. My suite was absolutely beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely view. Everything about my stay was excellent. I was also celebrating my birthday during my stay, and the hotel made it even more special. They surprised me by sending a birthday cake to my room, which was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the effort they made to make me feel special on my birthday. A very special thank you to Omar, who truly made my experience exceptional. His customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. He was incredibly kind, attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. It is rare to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for. Omar, thank you so much for all your help and for making my stay so special. Your professionalism and kindness are a true reflection of excellent hospitality. Beautiful hotel, great food, wonderful facilities, convenient location, thoughtful birthday touches, and exceptional service. I would happily stay here again!
