Cube Boutique Capsule Hotel @ Chinatown

我跟我朋友住过克拉码头那家cube，我更推荐牛车水这家 ！员工非常friendly，地点非常方便。地铁站走两步就到了。克拉码头那家需要走好一段路，不太方便。这家设备也很新，厕所和浴室更多。还有24小时前台，安全感满满。

Very Convenient location! Few mins away from the MRT, restaurants and market. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were well maintained and always clean even thought it is shared.

I am from India, I stayed here for 4 days as a solo trvaler. The place was clean, it has free coffee dispenser as well. It gives you free towel everyday upon request as well which is generally charged @2$ in other capsules. The capsule was spacious and clean as well with locker facility for bags and shoes separately. I found it a bit at the higher side though (it was 3,000 INR [40 SGD] per day, but you can easily get some others at 2,500 INR [30 SGD] per day with similar facilities and sometimes breakfast included as well. In the mixed room there were either couples or solo male travelers. There were girls/women in the female room from different parts of the world as well. So a good place to network if you want to but not that much happening.

I stayed 6 nights, first 2 days was a black out, so much so I had to charge essential devices like my phone outside my room, and lights in the capsule could not be turned on up to late afternoon the next day. They had lanterns but only for main shared areas, the capsule was pitch dark. Things happen, sure, but these should be basic essentials of any accommodation that is compromised yet no compensation whatsoever, just a verbal apology. The location is good and having vents that direct airconditioning and ventilation into each capsule was nice but aside from that, not the worst but cleanliness needs improvement. Bathrooms could use some handsoap. The worst was the day of check out, why is there another blackout for my capsule just when I was packing to check out? Sure some things had to be fixed, but I was still in the capsule doing my stuff, it was not time for check out yet, no warning or notice at all, some staff were nice and fast in handling it, but why is there such a situation in the first place? Overall, situations happen but dealt with poorly, amenities and facilities can be improved, experience was questionably worth the money.

a very clean and well maintained property with helpful staff and excellent facilities. Had a very pleasant and comfortable stay with convenient location and easy access to mrt. Great value for money!
