“Good”
After traveling more than 500km, I was extremely disappointed. I booked a double bed for the two of us, but they didn't inform us when it was unavailable and instead gave us two single beds. They didn't answer the phone, and they also didn't call back. From the moment we arrived until we checked into our room, no one helped with anything, from our luggage to parking; no one came out to assist. One star, I will never come back again.

“interesting short business trip”
The hotel was very supportive of my issues even though I only stayed one night, and the field research trip was successful in part thanks to the solid accommodation.

Disliked: Es hat etwas muffig gerochen. Wasser läuft beim duschen auf den Boden.

“Very good”
