“Excellent location, need to improve on the breakfast menu”

Liked: The location of this hotel is premium and the service is quite good. Kudos to the staff. Also, the cleanliness of the rooms is something i always appreciate.

Disliked: I have been going to this hotel for the past 10 years and obviously the quality of the breakfast buffet has gone down in terms of quality of food and choices. before there were more choices and i was 'surprised' i had to pay extra for a simple coke.

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dann Carlton Hotel in Quito.”

Liked: Very comfortable stay in Quito in a great hotel. Everything was within walking distance, including restaurants and Quicentro Shopping Mall. We especially enjoyed Cafe Europa, which is part of the hotel. It was a wonderful place to enjoy coffee, pastries, and light meals. We also looked forward to the excellent breakfast service each morning, which was consistently good and a great way to start the day.
