“Above average”

They are so rigid and have no sense of customer service. They gave the room at 5.45 pm - I had to wait. For every request they don’t facilitate - I would never stay here again

“Exceptional”

Liked: The hotel is so close to the Masjid Alnabawi that basically we were within the Masjid premises! It is also the closest to women's entrance. The staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful. Room is super clean. Breakfast is amazing with different varieties. We got a room with the Masjid view which made our stay perfect. Highly recommend hotel in Al Madina.
