Dash Living on Prat

We had a wonderful stay at Dash Living in Prat! The location was convenient, the room was comfortable and clean, and the overall experience was pleasant. It was a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back. Highly recommended!

If you enjoy HK foods, this is the one for you. 5 mins walk to vary michelin guide places. Closed to Metro with budget friendly room.

I am satisfied staying in this hotel. Not talking about facilities (e.g. gym - it doesn't have), it provides enough basic feature like luggage storage room, water machine (on a particular floor, bring your own bottle). It is enough for me. Transportation: bus stops may be nearer to MTR stations but both are within reasonable walking distance. The value for money: when I reserved this hotel, it was a lower price range. I feel very worthwhile. Be aware when travel season comes, it may run higher prices.

The receptionist is not friendly. Talks so fast without making sure that I understand what she's saying. Meanwhile, the bathroom doesn't look clean. The shower keeps on turning to the side of the door that's why the water leaks out. THe shower drainage has a problem too.

Its a pretty good location with good food nearby, cot was chargeable though,staff were friendly. Supermarket was nearby. Dont make mistake of taking mtr if carrying luggages and strollers etc, just uber there, just my two cents

Do not make the mistake of booking the Quad/Family rooms here. We paid a premium rate to get extra space for our group, but we ended up getting the absolute shorter end of the stick. The hotel places its larger Quad rooms on the lowest levels (floors 2 and 3). Because you are so low to the ground on busy Prat Avenue, you get hit with relentless street and traffic noise. To make matters worse, the internal soundproofing is non-existent. The walls are paper-thin; we could hear every hallway conversation, doors slamming, and housekeeping carts perfectly. The plumbing layout is a nightmare—whenever an adjacent room flushes a toilet or showers, it sounds incredibly loud inside your unit. It is completely unfair that guests paying the highest rates for larger rooms are forced onto the loudest, lowest floors. The modern decor and convenient Tsim Sha Tsui location do not make up for total sleep deprivation. Avoid this place if you value rest. Or get the normal rooms at higher floors

I stayed there for three nights. Mostly we used it just to sleep and store our things, going out during the day to walk around and visit sights. The room wasn’t cleaned; they only offered trash removal. For people who aren’t picky that’s okay. It felt safe and was well soundproofed—no noise disturbances. The location is convenient for walking and close to the MTR station, malls, buses, and lots of places to eat.
