Disliked: Tried to put us in a room, key card wouldn’t work, got a different key card go back to room and walk in with someone in it. Gave us a different room that was dirty. All night people in the lobby partying and load could smell smoke and weed very very dirty

Liked: Nothing, in process of getting a refund for this hotel. Hotel staff and management have been unresponsive.

Disliked: What a terrible experience this was. We were provided a room that did not function according to general standards or expectations. Half of our room was pitch black including the bathroom, they don't have maintenance and staff was terrible.
