“Not Worth The Money”

Paid almost 3K / night with out food. not worthy, poorly maintained rooms, no small refrigerator. room is small. bathroom shower area no holder for soap and shampoo. but handwash area too big but separated by glass between comet and shower. so each time come out to comet area to take soap and shampoo. floor not clean paint spill every where. water leakage in comet continuously even told the front desk wasting water but not able to stop.

“Excellent Hospitality and Outstanding Service, a Wonderful and Comfortable Stay”

I had a wonderful experience at The Vegas by De Pavilion. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and good facilities. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and the room service was satisfactory. The cleanliness and hospitality made the stay enjoyable. The location was also convenient for travellers. Overall, I had a comfortable and memorable experience, and I would recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

“Services were bare minimum”

The service was extremely disappointing and barely met the minimum standard. The staff were completely unresponsive and did not seem interested in resolving any of our concerns. The water tap was not working properly, and the Wi-Fi was also unavailable during the stay. Basic facilities and timely assistance are expected from any hotel, but unfortunately, both were lacking here. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
