Disliked: It was difficult to use the toilet. Marriott should consider higher toilets in their facilities. The population is aging and toi;let facilities with no hand holds to assist would be wise to add.

Liked: Everyone that I encountered was very nice The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the view was nice

Disliked: The tub faucet leaked water non stop. The tub and shower walls had hair. The bathroom floor had hair on it. The grout on bathroom floor was dirty. There was no soap in the pump in the shower. Overall the bathroom needed a deep clean. The room key didnt work for the 12th floor pantry.
