“Ideal location, stunning views”
Liked: We got upgraded to Junior suite with a view of the blue masjid, amazing!! Made whole trip magical. Breakfast was very good, wide variety of foods, esp eggs available. Location was ideal as 3min walk to main road and tram stop
Disliked: Nothing, everything was very good. Will deff stay here again

“This hotel was rated four stars, but at best was 2.”
Liked: The breakfast was really good and the location was superb.
Disliked: The bathroom sink was leaking. The shower was a design that had no shower door, but the water of course went everywhere, both the handheld and overhead showerheads were blocked from hard water deposits and only partially put water on you, no Kleenex, no hooks for clothing or towels, tiny bathroom counter with no shelving for anything. Air-conditioning at the highest setting provided at Best a cool breeze, but did not reduce the temperature of the room. What else I would just say this properties strength is its location. Probably one of the biggest issues was the fact it had a no guarantee request for a queen size bed, and we received a double bed that barely fit into the very small room which meant that my feet were hanging out of the bed all night

“Exceptional”
Liked: The view is absolutely breathtaking! The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. A special thank you to Menduh, who was exceptionally helpful and made may stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

“Excellent location and great breakfast.”
Liked: Excellent location. Wonderful breakfast.
Disliked: We stayed 4 nights. Just one water bottle was provided. They were not replaced when room was cleaned. Just 2 teabags (different teas) were provided. These were also not replaced. Considering the cost this felt a bit minimal. We paid an additional €40 per night for a larger room. The room was still not large so pleased we did.

“It s a 3-star hotel passing off as a 4-star”
Liked: Not much
Disliked: An old guy worked at the front desk nite shift was extremely rude. He told me he had no umbrella to lend to hotel guests told me this is not an umbrella shop. Refused to give me his name. Photos enclosed. Hotel breakfast consists of instant coffee. Hotel entrance is blocked by its own signage. Hotel s gym has no lights and need to access a fuse box to turn on lights. Hotel reception staff don’t greet guests and are usually rude with the exception of the bellman who is a nice chap. Housekeeping staff are nice. Hotel does not appear to have a manager on site Hotel has thin walls poor sound insulation
