Liked: Ubicación excelente, cerca a los sistemas de transporte y parque la Carolina, cerca a restaurantes, mercados, centro comercial. El sitio muy cómodo, limpio
Disliked: En si es muy cómodo y equipado. Íbamos un grupo de 5 personas y nos falto algo más de ollas para cocinar. De resto todo bien.

“Great location and nice apartment”
Liked: The location is perfect, very close to restaurants and the supermarket. The apartment is kept in very good condition and it is very safe.

“Nice stay in a great location”
Liked: Great location, 2 blocks from Carolina Park and near lots of trendy restaurants. Stunning view of the cityscape. Safe street with nice doorman. Modern furnishings. Has a washer that also dries (3-4 hours per load, but your own soap)
Disliked: No thermostat and we were a little cold. We had a slight glitch getting in because my credit card had been hacked a few months ago. I had changed the card number in the app at least a month ago but the owner told me he had the old number and it was declined. There was a glitch in booking.com that wouldn’t allow me to correct it in that reservation, not the owner’s fault, but I didn’t get any notice there was a problem until after we showed up.

“Bring me back to Quito!”
Liked: Very comfortable, clean, great location with a view. Cristian the manager was very responsive and helpful. Three bedroom with two bathrooms and a third toilet. The area is safe with easy access to some great restaurants and easy uber access. We would happily return.

“Comfy place for a few days”
Liked: Great location near the park, restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. It is a spacious apartment with comfortable double beds, incredible views, laundry, and underground parking. It was very pleasant.
Disliked: It's not setup for serious cooking/dining, but more for takeaway and reheating meals
