“Terrible customer service”

This place is disgustingly overpriced and falling to peices My toilet wasn’t working and I had to use a bucket to flush it I got nothing in return for this unconvince and I have been a guest of theirs for many many weeks The short chubby guy on reception is rude and arrogant and puts words in your mouth he has zero customer service skills and has now blacklisted me, honestly they don’t clean or take care of the rooms properly and they keep runish out side the door for days sometimes - the place is so old it needs to be pulled down or have a lot more care and maintenance. On it

“Cheap hotel”

The hotel requested for showing clear credit card number and CCV for "security purpose", otherwise can't check-in, which is not stated in the policy and violate bank security policy. Agodo does not help, cannot contact Agoda agency.

“October 2026”

From central station, take a taxi to Devere Hotel about Aud25. From hotel take bus 311 to the city. The hotel is clean, in front there is woolsworth, big grocery store. Lots of ice cream, restaurant nearby. Safe place, peaceful, serene, we will stay in same hotel when we get a chance next time.

“Above average”

The room was spacious, but the overall condition of the place felt quite dated. Both the bathroom and the kitchen could have been much cleaner, and the bathroom tap leaked when turned on. Rooms are not cleaned daily, although this is communicated in advance. For a longer stay, this can be a little inconvenient, it’s an ok option for a short stay.

“Mold.”

Liked: Location, bed was comfortable and it was very dark to sleep, someone greeted us despite getting in at 1am.

Disliked: Mold everywhere. Some lights didn't work.
