Diamond Bay Hotel

everything ok but has many thing make us uncomfortable We asked for cleaning the room like 2-3 times in 2 days and nothing changed when we came back The elevator using combine with customer from shopping mall

I asked the staff to clean my room 2 times but nothing chang when I came back

Had a great stay at the hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and comfortable, great balcony view of the beach and city. Convenient to go to the mall, plenty of food and shopping options, good gym facilities. Would stay again.

Way too expensive for laundry.

The hotel is in a central location opposite the beach. The room is nice. They should pay a bit more attention to upgrading the room cleaning.

I booked for the wrong date and when I went there they just sent me away before checkout, saying there was no room. They were so cold and uncaring. I arrived at 10 and they couldn't even show me a room. I wasted 60,000 won of my own money. This hotel will never be on my booking list again.

Good job

The pool is shaded after 11, so it's nice to go after that. I like that you can go into the sea at dawn like a local, but even with the room key inserted you still have to touch the switches to turn the lights on, and it's quite dark — very annoying. Our room smelled a bit of paint on the first day, and I regretted not asking to move. It felt like they had let us check in before the paint had been properly aired out.
