“Acceptable”
They nickel-and-dime you here, folks. Pets are 100k (the staff just quoted that without any written rule), people are 50k. Even if you check in an hour early they still charge extra. Bringing snacks or a charger? Extra fee. Want water? You have to buy it at the counter — don’t expect two complimentary bottles per room. The front desk staff are awful — they just announce extra charges as they please. I suggest the owner please put all these surcharges in the house rules, because guests coming to relax will be put off by this.

“Evaluate personal experience”
The hotel is clean. There was no staff at the front desk, so everyone took their own key card when they went out; if you need anything you call the phone number on the reception desk. From my personal experience it was good — nothing to complain about.

“Disappointment”
The staff were indifferent, the room was old, cramped, and didn't even have drinking water. The air-conditioning didn't cool. Overall, I won't be coming back.

The front desk staff were not welcoming; there wasn’t even a greeting when we checked in. The room required taking the elevator and then climbing one flight of stairs.

Small room, terrible staff, not friendly, there is Wi‑Fi but it's too weak to use, the shared lobby area is taken over by staff's children, I will not recommend it to others or come back.

“Room quality”
- The room smelled strongly of alcohol. - The curtains were practically non-existent. - The bathroom was clean. - The Wi‑Fi had no internet connection. - Location was OK — close to the beach and near the center.

“The room is too bad.”
The room rate was sky-high but the stay was terrible. The room was dirty and old, the door warped and loose like it was about to break, the wardrobe was also old and filthy with a broken door, and the TV was just for show — you couldn’t watch it. I had to ask to get bottled water. There was only shampoo in sachets, no body wash. The staff were very unpleasant, not at all welcoming or helpful. Of my whole week-long trip to the South, the worst experience was the room in Vung Tau.
