Ive been staying here on and pff for 3 years. It just keeps getting worse and worse. The area is now abandoned, all the stores closed. Building is mostly empty, aparently you can BUY an aprtment for 50k now. C&C staf are never there, you have to call via wechat, who no one uses oitsode of china. And most times they are too busy to help or stall you i til you go away. Rooms are FILTHY now. trash under the furniture, stains on the walls, bathroom a rust bucket. Lots of haora in the bed and pillow made me think it was never chamged from the last tenant. Washer is broken, no water heater or microwave. tv worked but with no onternet was useless. Internet didtnt work until the next day after I complained. For 12 bucks a night, still not worth it. such a shame, its a great building and apartments they are letting fall apart through neglect. Chinese managment style strikes again! I can't wait for the government to nationalize all these failed foreign investments so the cambodes can finally make them productive!
