Diamond Plaza Hotel Suratthani

The bathroom needs improvement. Water pools on the floor around the sink when you step up from it. The showerhead is old and not good. The bed is old and squeaky. The chair has grimy dust on it — they didn’t vacuum at all. The light outside the bathroom flickers on and off. There is plenty of parking. Several staff helped carry bags to the elevator.

I absolutely 💯 loved my stay at this beautiful spacious hotel. I will definitely be back here again!

Staff are great, perfect for a quick business trip.

excellent if you need to complete business in Suratthani, so easy to get to Central Festival and other places from there. On the 9th floor you sleep peacefully with no traffic noise. Be sure to get your coffee from the foyer coffee shop! Also excellent parking available under the hotel free and in total shade. Shower water pressure "the best in Thailand"....but don't waste the water...555555

Sadly an incorrect booking was made, could not be changed, paid the full price did a second booking for the correct date. Sadly no refund, no follow up on two mails sent to the hotel, the error occurred during the booking process when an incorrect date was selected. Agoda follow up amounted to nothing. The moral “ before payment do a second check on all dates “ this is not about the money spent, it’s the lack of follow up.. even a phone call promised never happened!

Not 5 star but great value for the price point.

Good for short stay a bit dated /tired. The gym great pool great beds ok.

This place is such a great stop if you are flying to Bangkok. There's a Lotus within walking distance and there's a shopping plaza not far as well. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
