“Not hospitable staff”
General no is answer for any request ranging from toiletries, glasses cutlery, food warming etc. Food obviously is tasteless and blandly under cooked. Courtesy and helpfulness is below hospitality standard. Even hotel coach seats were not checked bookes while the seats could be seen vacant. Bad hotel experience in quite a while.

“Awful support bt staff”
No seems to be standard reply of any request that one could ask for starting from toiletries to simple food warming. Even glasses for water and drinks are not provided. Water gets charged beyond a litre. General disposition of staff with one or two exceptions is below par of hospitality.

“Perfect for a visit to Disneyland”
We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the shuttle to and from Disneyland, (but also the Kowloon Station and Tung Ching Shuttle). It felt a bit like an otherworldly experience at Discovery Bay, but the room was spacious, well equipped, good pool and excellent team. We will definitely come back!

“Reasonable price and shuttle to Disneyland”
Room was spacious and clean with a bath tub. 7 eleven just downstairs. Had shuttle bus to Disneyland so convenient for my day trip to Disneyland, not much food options in that area

“Recommended for families with children near Disneyland.”
This was my fifth trip to Hong Kong, focused mainly on Disney. The hotel is close to the airport (20-minute taxi ride) and about 15 minutes by taxi from Disneyland, which made it very convenient. It may not be suitable for sightseeing in the city center, but for a plan that includes 1-2 days at Disney and 1 day for city sightseeing, I would recommend this hotel. It is in a safe area where foreign expats live, and taxis are checked at the gate. I think it’s a reassuring area for families or young female tourists. However, most stores close after 10 PM, and even the 7-Eleven is open until 11 PM, so dining options are limited at night. The rooms are spacious, and if you can book at a rate around *** per night, it might be the best deal. Breakfast is purchased at the front desk, costing 150 HKD for adults and 80 HKD for children. It is not luxurious, but there are various options to eat, which might be nice for those who want to have a relaxed breakfast at the hotel. On the second day, I looked for a café for breakfast, but instead, I found a supermarket to the left right after exiting the hotel, where the bakery opened at 8 AM. I bought coffee, Danish pastries, and egg tarts there to enjoy in my room! We also ate Korean and Thai food at a restaurant in front of the supermarket after returning from Disney, and both were delicious. The Thai restaurant was open until 10 PM, so it was comforting to have access to warm food. There are shuttle buses to Disney in the morning (two trips) and in the evening (19:40, 20:40), which require a reservation. Although the frequency is not high, there are also buses to Tung Chung and the airport T2, but the bus from the stop right in front of the hotel seemed convenient. You can also take a bus to Sunny Bay and transfer to the train to reach Disney, and it was about 150 HKD by taxi. You can take the bus from the stop in front of the 7-Eleven to DBPlaza, and it takes 25 minutes by ferry from the ferry pier to Central (55 HKD for adults), making it possible to do some city sightseeing. On the day of return, I had a midnight flight, and I stored my luggage at the front desk until around 9 PM. I wanted to take a shower, but the pool and shower facilities were not available after checkout. Disney hotels allow showering and pool and spa usage after checkout, so it might be better to book a Disney hotel for midnight flights (the spa is at the Disneyland Hotel, but it is currently under renovation, so it’s unavailable). Since I had planned to use an airport lounge this time, I used the lounge shower, but I had to wait for an hour. I hope to find some solution for the shower issue when using a midnight flight. It would be great if this hotel could offer a paid service for shower use after checkout... Overall, I was very satisfied. I think I will use this hotel again if I can book for around *** HKD per night next time. The welcome tea during check-in was refreshing, cold, and tasty. I don’t remember having it the last time, but the indoor slippers were plush and nice. I wish they could increase the shuttle bus service frequency to at least once an hour. I think increasing the shuttle to either Sunny Bay or Tung Chung would attract more customers.

“Stay at Auberge”
The room is spacious, the curtain could block most of the sunlight in the morning. Overall, the room is clean and tidy, except for the sofa, which is a bit dusty.
