“Everything is perfect.”

There are no words other than perfect and the best. I am very grateful that there are staff who understand Japanese. The route to the park is easy to understand, the room is clean, and the facilities were also very good. During this stay, I stayed at various hotels, but this was the only one where they lent me a power adapter! As expected of Disney 😖👏🏻 There was also a celebration for my younger brother's birthday from about two weeks ago left in the room, which became the best memory! I definitely want to stay again!! Thank you very much 😭🤍

“Excellent hotel for Disneyland”

Free direct shuttle from Sunny Bay/Disneyland park. Bus stop A4 - just 1 stop. Hotel room is big and clean. Has bathtub. Water is great. There’s arcade, playground and pool. Many other activities that the hotel organise too. Thumbs up!

“Disappointing experience. No Disney magic here.”

This hotel is overpriced and does not deliver the level of service it promises. I requested a birthday setup for my 3-year-old. Even though staff replied beforehand promising a "magical stay," there was nothing in the room when we checked in. They later brought up a towel wrap with a birthday card—totally basic and not at all what you expect given the high price tag. On the positive side, the hotel is clean and the ground-floor playroom kept my kid entertained. But overall, a simple request failed, and the service level is nowhere near what you pay for. Save your money.
