“I do not recommend booking this hotel.”
I had originally booked my room at a discounted rate, but the hotel rejected my reservation when the room price increased on that day. They then asked me to book again at a price nearly four times higher. This behavior was very unprofessional because it completely disrupted my travel plans, and the staff showed no concern or willingness to help. I do not recommend booking this hotel.

“Never ever again”
This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The hotel conditions were completely unacceptable and seriously ruined our entire trip. We were placed in an underground room from around 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM where it was extremely difficult to stay even for a few minutes. There was no proper water, no cleanliness, no tissue or toilet paper, and no electricity. The electricity was only restored after 10:00 PM, and consequently there was no internet either. When we complained, the hotel refused to take responsibility and told us to contact Agoda because we had booked through Agoda. They also told us that if we wanted a better room, we would have to pay extra. This was completely unacceptable and felt like pressure on guests who had already paid. Several other guests were also complaining about the same conditions and asking for alternative rooms. I request Agoda to investigate this matter urgently and provide a fair refund/compensation. I can provide photos, videos and other evidence if required. This accommodation did not provide even the basic facilities expected from a hotel, and it completely spoiled our trip.

“Sleep well”
Room clean, no bad smells. Bathroom clean, hot water good., hair dryer available. Tv and wifi available. Location 280meters from Sultan ahmet. Minibar not cold enough, but its okay. Floor need to renovate. No free mineral water in the room. Less bathroom amenities. Closed room (no fresh air sirculation). Suit for solo traveller.

“Catastrophic cleanliness”
All my life I use *** this is the first time ever I use agoda and the last time, it is the worst experience ever I have traveled to +20 countries for work and pleasure, I put always positive reviews, my experience at this hotel is catastrophic it's not about room upgrade, I accepte the room for the price I paid location is super employees treatment is amazing polite and nice but cleanness is catastrophic so so dirty and stinky see pictures I accepted small room..., but cleanliness can't be compromised this destroyed my honeymoon and my start with my wife and our relationship
