“Very bad.”

I strongly do not recommend this hotel. There are no nearby amenities, and it isn’t actually that close to the airport — it’s a 3.5 km drive. For the same price you could stay in a much better hotel in the city. I arrived in the afternoon and waited at the entrance for 20 minutes with no one inside. I messaged the accommodation but no one replied — not everyone has a Malaysian SIM card to make calls. The facilities are at the level of a boarding house. The worst part: at around two or three in the morning the power suddenly went out. One emergency light stayed on; I was asleep and woke up to find that single light and couldn’t turn it off no matter what I tried — none of the switches responded. Outside there were horrific cries, human or animal, and as a solo traveler I was really frightened. Messaging the hotel got no reply, the signal was very poor so messages took a long time to send, and I only got a response after finding a phone number on the booking platform and contacting them via WhatsApp. I had to get up early the next morning to catch a flight — it was a really terrible experience.

“Excellent Value and Location”

The hotel was very clean and located close to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and the overall stay was pleasant. I would stay here again.
