Liked: The location was good for our needs and the apartments were quiet Nice view out the window to the canal

Disliked: It wasn’t clean, lots of dust everywhere, tea towel was filthy, kitchen was grubby lacked wine glasses only one No hand soap in the bedroom with the en-suite. Really terrible cheap toilet roll The door would t close easily unless u really slammed it so disturbed others Rooms are tiny photos make it look big no window in 2nd bedroom which is not clear on the website Won’t be back I’m afraid

“Good location and inexpensive”

Liked: Close to the Beatles tour bus and museum, lots of restaurants on Albert Dock. Can walk to Mathew Street in about 10mins. Rainfall shower was brilliant.

Disliked: Hard mattresses, a bit rundown, extractor fan in bathroom didn't work. Noisy next to exhibition centre with trucks coming and going constantly and through the night.

Disliked: No teas and coffee in room, provided when we went to reception though - no decaf coffee available for room. limited toilet rolls in room. Whilst we were out one of the sugar sachets wqs ripped open on floor and eaten … mouse? Reported and reception suitably shocked! Breakfast is a grab and go bag. Need to go back to your room to eat aa you need hot water for the porridge pot!

Liked: The location was great for me as I was coming for a conference and the conference is literally around the corner. And the view from my living room was amazing. I also enjoyed the large bathroom.

Disliked: The breakfast was very disapointing. I was looking for a traditional English breakfast but only got a paper bag with few items.
