Domun Hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the pool was warm and of a good size, which is great for young children. Staff were welcoming and helpful. I found the sound isolation to be good as I could hardly hear the traffic from the main road in front. The two on-site restaurants had plenty of variety and prices were fair. Buffet breakfast price for a small child was a lot more than most hotels I've been to in the country, but there are other a la carte options available.

Liked: Location and amenities

Disliked: Shower wasn’t working fine WC never worked even we reported several times

Very good room, very attentive staff, good location, close to downtown but not to far from the airport.

La atención es buena y la gente es amable

Muy bien cuidado y gran atención

Liked: Good breakfast.

Disliked: I was treated like a third class person when the hotel staff found out I had booked using Booking.com. I inadvertently booked for one person instead of two. Even though I did not book with breakfast, the hotels charges per person. At checkin I asked to add my wife. The desk agent said it was not possible since I had booked using Booking.com. The only way they could accomodate my wife was for me to get a separate room for her. After much discussion and finally getting a manager involved, they added my wife to my room at the maximum posted rate per person.

Liked: Very clean hotel, the staff were very helpful, and the restaurant was good.

Disliked: I did not like the water pressure of the toilet and shower.

Liked: Spacious and clean rooms Private parking

Disliked: It’s on a major highway. If you miss the exit it’s a nightmare to return.
