All staffs were very helpful. I travelled with my elderly parents. They have accessibility difficulty. The room was superb. Great location.

“Screwed us”
Park view - didnt get that Kind size - didnt get that. The twin beds werent even covered with a single mattress topper so they separated.

“A bit pricey”
I guess you pay for the location, in the heart of Shepherds Bush with its cool grimy vibe. Our room was inside a former fire exit and had just 2 tiny windows that didn't open. We didn't mind, as it's close to great restaurants and 2 tube stations. Staff were very helpful and professional.

“A good Hotel experience”
We stayed in this hotel for 2 days and most of the time we were hanging out we literally came back to sleep, the place is good but the bed was not comfortable, other than that everything was fine.

“Good location, but rooms need refurbishing”
Rooms are requiring refurbishing. First room had a noisy air conditioner. Staff was helpful to move us to another room, but the replacement room had no windows and a water leak (humid odor). Good hotel location, well connected public transport, bus and metro

“Absolutely the worst hotel stay.... Ever”
On arrival receptionists are going to ask you for deposit which stands 50 pounds per night and then tell you that you will get your deposit on checkout. Room that you get doesn't match the picture on Agoda, but is the smallest, tiniest room ever. Hallway smell is obnoxious, air-conditioning doesn't work, there is no ventilation in the lavatory, and personal hygiene kits are non existent. All cosmetic is bathrooms is almost empty, there are no toilet brushes, tiles are full of mold, hot water doesn't have pressure at all, windows can't open, carpets are dirty and full of stains, bedsheets are with holes. Only positive thing are cleaning ladies. Male receptionists (from India) are bad mannered, speaking English so bad, that you literally can't understand a thing. We literally had to ask for another room on arrival and waited for almost an hour to change it, and on check-out they wanted to keep the deposit for 3-5 days (and tried to blame the bank for deposit not being automatically returned on check-out) even dough everything was alright with our room on our check-out. Nothing from our special requests on arrival was not fulfilled. I honestly don't know who gave them the 4 stars hotel rating in UK, but I know they don't deserve not even single one.
