DoubleTree by Hilton Albuquerque

Disliked: they complained that I had bought the hotel to a third-party vendor and treated me badly gave me a room with no hotel staff across the street from the actual casino. The room was horrendous, old and scary.

Disliked: Breakfast very disappointing. Egg texture strange, potatoes obviously frozen and oven prepared, tasted like cooking oil, only 2 people replacing food when pans empty. Food generally cool to lukewarm. Restaurant very poorly run. Sign says “ please wait to be seated”. We waited 20 minutes before being acknowledged and seated even though the bartender and both servers were aware we were waiting. Food was disgusting. Carpeting in our room very dirty. Crumbs visible between fibers.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable, shower was hot and relaxing.

Disliked: The coffee shop wasn't staffed and not open in the evening or the next morning. I waited at the bar's 'wait to be seated' sign for quite some time. No one acknowledged me or seated me for an evening meal, so I left the hotel for other options.

Liked: From the sparkling-clean environment and soundproof windows to a lobby that felt perfectly matched to its surroundings, the attention to quality was evident throughout the property. The team appeared committed to delivering the kind of experience guests expect from a nationally recognized brand. And from both a marketing and quality standpoint, DoubleTree delivered. As someone who now calls this community home, I recognize the value of having a property that maintains those standards. When I have overflow guests who need a place to stay, DoubleTree will be one of my first recommendations. That’s a meaningful endorsement, because a brand earns that kind of confidence through its execution, not just its name. To the team at DoubleTree: thank you for representing your brand so well and for making me feel welcome in my new hometown. You didn’t just meet the brand standard. You made the brand look good. Thank you for welcoming me home. Jason

Disliked: I was very content..can't think of a think right now.

Room not ready. There were 2 used towel in the bath room. Next morning we complaint to reception but no respon. Why hilton Dpuble tree treated us like that

Liked: Location

Disliked: The beds are small, literally double size beds, not double queen beds in room, no double size double beds just bigger than a twin, if you move you might fall off the bed, and beds are so uncomfortable they hurt my back. Next, the bathroom setup is ridiculously weird, the door literally almost touches the toilet and no room to move around at all.
