Hotel was good, clean and nice

Firstly the room ameneties are all provided with 1 set, when the booking was cleaely done for 2 pax. Everytime we had to ask for an extra set room slipper, toothbush, etc. We were staying for one night. In the morning, requested for the bell boy to come collect our bags. No one came even within 15 mins, so we left our bags in the room to be collected and informed the bell boy before going for breakfast. Next, at the breakfast, there was an event organized for some Amazon group, which the seatings were random (they didnt like dedicate a section of the breakfast area for amazon and the rest for other guests). Naturally there were no tables clear. We were rushing to check out to catch a flight. Told the staff twice to cleaer our table politely while we were gathering our food. The table was still not cleared after 7-10 mins. Unfortunately I had to raise my voice to the staff and the manager before they managed to clear the used utensils, without wiping the table. But we couldnt wait, so we had to proceed with the breakfast, which was average at the best. Can't compare to Taj or Clarks. When we went to check out, our bags were still not down when our Uber Black had already arrived. Again had to complain at the front desk to get things moving. Overall a below average service for a 5 Star Hotel and dissapointed as a Hilton Honors member. Will not be repeating our stay here!

this is only corporate and client meetings, it can not be used for family vacations and kids has zero entertainment as there are no play games, funzones, play activity, kids will get bored and food is very expensive no value for money that we spend we have better options around

The property is well-maintained, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. It's an ideal choice for a convenient and comfortable stay near the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers and look forward to staying here again. The Twin Deluxe room was comfortable, well-appointed, and provided a great environment for a restful night. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast selection, which was excellent and a great way to start the day. The location is incredibly convenient for anyone needing to be close to the airport, making travel stress-free. The service throughout my stay was professional and attentive, adding to the overall quality of the experience. I would definitely recommend this property to other travelers looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay in Bengaluru. I look forward to returning on my next trip.--

Liked: Nothing specific and the location is not suitable for leisure

Disliked: The rooms were not ready with certain handwash and shower gel when we started using the room. Had to call housekeeping to replace them

First visit to this property with my Hilton Honours membership. It was an amazing stay. It’s a new hotel at a very strategic location - near airport. You can see flights landing (without noise) from the room. Courteous staff makes life easy. Very impressed with warm welcome by Mr. Arul. Ms. Yuna took great care of my family at the restaurant. Food was awesome. Ms Prachi made our departure very pleasant. Would love to visit again. Thanks team for a wonderful experience.
