“Pleasant Stay in the Historic Center of Buenos Aires”
Liked: Located in the heart of the historic center of Buenos Aires, the Doubletree Hilton is a perfect location to visit the city. It is close to main attractions, restaurants, local transportation. The staff is attentive to details and the hotel offers key amenities (restaurant, luggage storage, scheduling taxis, etc.)

“A great point of departure to visit Buenos Aires.”
Liked: Location in the “Micro-centro,” within walking distance and/or close transportation to many points of interests. Also, the staff is very attentive to details and very helpful at all levels.

“Staff Communication”
This is my second time staying here. This time is very disappointing. I arrived at the hotel earlier, dropped off my luggage, and came back at 3:00 PM (check-in time), but the room was not ready. I had to wait 40 minutes. In the evening, the shower room door was broken. I asked the technician to come and fix it, but he couldn't. The staff informed me that I could change rooms, but it was already late at night, so I would prefer to have the room changed in the morning when I leave. I had to pack all my things. In the morning, I went down and told the new staff about the problems. It seems like there was no communication among the staff; Ms. Maria said I wanted to change rooms, but I said no, I am not the one who wants to change rooms, it's just that you cannot fix it. She said if I don't want to change rooms, she would send someone to fix it. I was so annoyed that I told her whatever she decides to do, but whenever I come back, I should have the room ready. When I came back, they said the room was fixed. When I saw it, they had just removed the broken door and there was no room cleaning at all. I had to go down and change rooms. This is not Hilton standard. I am also an Honors member.

Disliked: The acoustics of the room is horribleI got no sleeping time due to a party right outside our room on the street. Incredible 5 star hotel does not have noise cancelling window glass
