“Uncomfortable stay with a lack of care by staff”

Disliked: My company booked through a third party, which is why I think I was given room 221, which should not be rented at all. The shower is a hazard to get in and out of, sprays sideways, and doesn’t drain. I mentioned this at checkout but was met with no apologies and it seemed like the staff member didn’t care at all. Unfortunately, this experience will lead me to never book at this hotel and to alert my company to never book at this hotel either. Also, aren’t you guys known for your cookies? I was never offered one at check in.

“After my relocation to another room due to bugs (maybe bed bugs) my new room was amazing and clean.”

Liked: The location, the staff, my second room after relocation was great.

Disliked: Bugs in my first room bathroom. shower and on the wall by my bed. Very unsatisfying, not what I expected from a hotel like this.
