Liked: We stayed here for two nights as a couple to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had a lovely experience. The hotel is beautiful, modern and very clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. We really enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the pool, sauna and steam room. The 24 hour fitness centre next to the pool was also convenient and well equipped. The pool could have been a little warmer, but we still enjoyed it. The complimentary anniversary surprise was a lovely touch. We received a delicious chocolate cake and wine, which made our celebration feel even more special. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety. We liked that around a quarter of the items changed each day, so it did not feel repetitive. The elevators were very fast and smooth, and we felt safe as key cards were required to access the elevators and different areas of the hotel. There are two à la carte restaurants, a well stocked minibar and a free shuttle to Taksim Square. Overall, a very comfortable and relaxing stay. We would happily come back.

Disliked: The smell of men changing rooms in the spa area.

Liked: The Hilton Hotel was a very good hotel. Its strength was its staff. It’s natural that in any organization individual mistakes can happen and cause inconvenience, but how that incident is managed is extremely important. The way it was handled with Esra’s management went very well. She was extremely helpful and respectful, and in my opinion the real strength of this hotel is the presence of this person—she alone is capable of adding an extra star to the hotel. If I were in the hotel’s management, I would rely on Esra a lot more. Thank you.
