Liked: Very comfortable hotel with excellent service. We especially appreciated the luggage delivery service, which allowed us to send our bags directly to Tokyo while visiting Mount Fuji.
Disliked: The only issue was that the washing machines and dryers were always occupied during our stay. Other than that, everything was great.

Liked: Everthing was at a qulity expected from Hilton. Super clean room, comfy bed, pillow options, and a GREAT BREAKFAST. There was a large cultural variety, with traditional japanese, other asian and western options. So you could get full with any preference. Bathroom configuration was great, it had 3 seperate small rooms for toilet, sink and the bath area - so one could shower and the other easily go to the bathroom without bother. We got a larger sized room based on general warnings about small rooms in Japan. The size of the room was pretty decent. It comfortably fit. The location was also great, 5 minutes from the main station.
Disliked: The toilet had a auto heater we couldnt turn off, which was uncomfortable in the heat of summer.

“The staff's response was pleasant.”
I used the executive room and found the location to be good, and the bed was spacious and comfortable, helping me recover from my travel fatigue. The room and the hotel itself were clean and comfortable. Although it was an executive room, it felt like some extra services were omitted. The bathtub was a bit narrow, and the quality of the shampoo might not suit women. It would be nice if the quality of the amenities could be slightly improved for women. Also, it was disappointing that I couldn't watch online TV. The incorporation of Japanese art and decorations in the hotel raised the overall atmosphere of my stay. The most impressive part was the service from the staff. They communicated well and provided excellent hospitality. The checkout was at 12 PM, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time until the end. I would recommend this hotel as a comfortable and reasonably priced option close to the station. Next time, I would like to use the bar lounge on the first floor!
