“Excellent”
We stayed in a river view king room on the 43rd floor. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean and well stocked. Room was quiet, never heard our neighbors. Smart TV provided easy access to Netflix. Shout out to Didier, Venetta and extremely nice man who checked us in (forgot his name).

“Fantastic location”
Liked: Great location.
Disliked: The Air quality was a bit iffy.

“Clean hotel, responsive staff., great view and location. A/C fins fixed facing bed, soft mattress.”
Liked: It was clean and when we had an issue with a saggy bed they replaced it immediately. They were also quick to respond when we asked for a working fridge. The cleaning staff was all very polite and friendly.
Disliked: The elevator was a challenge - slow and often full. The lights to indicate that you have pushed a floor’s button didn’t all work. There was no working bathroom fan and the A/C was blowing hard when it would come on right onto the person who was on that side.

“Very comfortable and easy access to this hotel.”
Liked: The room was comfortable. The shower was great. The location was very nice.
Disliked: I was under the impression there would be breakfast included. Also, the size of the hotel was a little overwhelming.

“Like I said earlier location, great people, friendly.”
Liked: The location was perfect. The financial district made a whole lot of fun.
Disliked: The convenience of the property was good, but the room could’ve been a little bit bigger should’ve had three more elevators for 44 floor hotel. Need to do a better job in cleaning those rooms. Lots of gas phone was filthy. Let’s do a little bit better job with the name, Hilton on the back of it.
