“Acceptable”

Liked: The lady bartender was wonderful

Disliked: The Hot Tub was broken!! We book at places with the amenities we want only to find out UPON ARRIVAL that it was broken!!! Staff and Hilton did not seem to care or even offer any solutions for the issue, just a cookie I guess. Ice machine broke too. Sad!

“A wonderful hotel for a weekend getaway!”

Liked: Lobby beautiful pool amazing, views gorgeous, staff very pleasant, free parking pass, spacious work out center with lots of equipment, great downtown location, close to AZ Fair.

Disliked: Beds were smaller than expected, and a bit hard. No continental breakfast, cost $30 for 2 ppl.

Liked: The beds are comfortable and the pool area is very nice. The staff are wonderful.

Disliked: The AC in the common area did not work very well. The water pressure was terrible. The bar lost its liquor license so it was not open.
