“I'd definitely book again.”

Liked: Staff were amazing; the pool was clean and had cabanas for a more luxurious feel; however, there were piles of furniture in the corners of the pool area. Our room had a great view and a very comfortable bed, and the hotel was quiet overall.

Disliked: Our room was at the end of a very long hallway.

“Ground floor was very noise. Aside from that and the horrible coffee. No real complaints.”

Disliked: No coffee cups in room. Also, maybe considering a better coffee in the restaurant. Perhaps look into Blackout Coffee. You won't be disappointed. For a nice hotel, starbucks is the worst coffee. I promise.

Liked: The location was great - lots of shopping and dining around the hotel and easy access to the freeway!

Disliked: The housecleaning was a little hit or miss. Sometimes bed was made but amenities not refilled (Kleenex and tp). But front desk staff were exceptional - so friendly and helpful. Worst thing was no ice machines working on the floors so had to go down to the bar to get ice. Very inconvenient. AC worked fine but room had a musty smell at times. The shower was great- lots of hot water and great pressure!
