Liked: Nice staff across the board. Significant discount for people visiting with family in the hospital across the street (if the front desk staff don't know, just call the main booking line).
Disliked: Didn't get our room made up and was told I should have requested it which wasn't nice to hear.

Disliked: I got this has anniversary get anyone chose yall because o the hot tube and me and the wife was not even able to enjoy it because there was kids literally getting on the handicap seat and jumping in the hot tube

Liked: Haley at the front desk saved the day and we really appreciate all her extra effort to get things straightened out after pur 3rd party reservation didn't work. Big Joe hustled and got the room's A/C cool enough to help my wife during her hot flashes. This made a world of difference and we really appreciate it.
Liked: My wife and I stay at this hotel every time we stay in Tulsa. It's always clean and the staff are always friendly. The location is perfect, as it is near most things that we do. The area near by has grown too, including nice places to shop and eat.
Disliked: The mattress in room 345 is on it's last leg. We still slept well, but there is a noticeable sag in it. I don't know what the life of a hotel mattress is, but this one is in it's twilight year.
Disliked: Our room wasn't very clean and had mosquitos.
Liked: It was close to the hospital where I needed to be for a family member. It was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed.
Disliked: Parking was a little harder to navigate and a little pricy
Liked: The atmosphere and rooms were exceptional! Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: I did not realize that parking was a fee. This should be something that is highlighted for guests since they do not validate parking. It is $15 to self park a night ans $25 for valet.
