“Very good”
Liked: Walking distance (one mile) from Old Town or can take free shuttle, comfortable beds, private and spacious balcony, helpful staff, convenient grab-n-go mini-mart with sandwiches, salads, cracker/cheese trays, canned coffees, bottled waters.
Disliked: One pool closed, the other had loud construction. Didn't see that posted on website.

“Above average”
Liked: Great for a pass through stay! Not much in the areas.
Disliked: No self checkout. Waited too long to checkout and leave my keys.

“The room and ground were nice, but communication to/about housekeeping was quite frustrating.”
Liked: The room and grounds were lovely. Even with construction, everything was kept beautifully. The bed and linens were comfortable, and the pool was a great place to hang out.
Disliked: Even though I was out of my room all day, each day, my room wasn't attended by housekeeping until after 4pm either day. I even called the front desk two times one day and housekeeping didn't show up until 6pm. Frustrating that I wasn't able to use my room to unwind after long days. The thermostat also didn't work, and the AC was constantly running, putting my room at an estimated 6o degrees overnight. I wasn't able to comfortably lounge in the room unless fully under the covers. Maintenance didn't seem to know how to fix it.

“AWFUL!”
Liked: Nothing!!!!!!!! Except, to our surprise, the bed was comfortable OR we were just really tired- arriving at midnight after a very long flight.
Disliked: Not as pictured at all from online photos. Very much in need of an update, every single part of the room and overall hotel. Was not worth the nightly rate we paid, $289 would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I would rate it as a "1" star hotel, actually more like a motel! You have to check in, then drive to go find parking near the building your room is located (and good luck with that!) all the room door fronts are outside they are not located inside the main building where one would take an elevator to their room. Also we ordered room service, what a joke our meal came in cardboard boxes and was cold.

“The best place ever in paradise”
Liked: I love the staff and the service of the entire place. Food, drinks and area was amazing. The front desk ladies were absolutely wonderful and this is why I would come back. The cookies… omg delicious!!! Please do more promos and we would come back often. I love Arizona because of this place and the staffs

“Won’t be staying here again. Too many other hotels to choose from”
Liked: Location, cookies and friendly staff
Disliked: Under construction. 4 of us in room and they kept giving us only 3 towels. You could see the bare wall under the wallpaper in the bathroom and the light was out on one side of the mirror
