“Didn’t stay at this hotel.”
Liked: Room was not clean or good condition for my kids to stay in when arrived so I had to book a different hotel. Still no refund or any help from hotel.
Disliked: Clean room, or better service.

“Front desk clerks are great.”
Liked: No breakfast is served...only coffee in the lobby 8am -11am
Disliked: There is no more coffee in the room🫣 Washing machine not working for month.☹️ Front entrance need beautification 🫣

“I needed a trip to clear my head and an in appropriate guest made my entire stay uncomfortable and uneasy my entire stay”

“Room mix up”
Liked: The pool area is very welcoming.
Disliked: There was a mix-up with my reservation. Around 4:00 a.m., someone knocked on my door asking, “Who are you?” and said another person’s name was assigned to my room. The clerk took my ID and room key, then returned and apologized, explaining it was an error. She offered me a late check-out. This was very disturbing and concerning, especially at that hour.

“Good location. Good price.”
Liked: Good location. Good price. Close to many good restaurants and commerce.
Disliked: I felt like the bed sheets and pillow covers were not changed or clean. Hotel could use a better cleanliness.

“Acceptable”
Liked: The only thing that I liked about this hotel was the girl that checked me in and how honest she was about her manager and her slash owner wouldn't even refund me or try to make me happy for being a very unhappy resident. Ident
Disliked: I had no hot water and my little baby had to take cold baths and I didn't shower and a couple hours before I would have to check out the room moved melthy and full of bugs. The rolooked nothing like the pictures and it was all false advertisement
