Liked: A big thank you to the entire team at Drawing House for the excellent service and for the way you handled an unexpected situation with such professionalism and understanding. In particular, I would like to thank Djamel, who attended to my request to waive the cancellation fees for our recent booking due to an unforeseen situation beyond our control. I was especially impressed by his quick response and personal attention. After sending an email requesting the cancellation, I called the hotel and Djamel immediately recognised who I was and was quick to understand and address my request. His promptness, empathy and willingness to help made a real difference. It is clear that Drawing House has a team that genuinely cares about its guests. I would also like to share the following exact words from my boss, who was the one instructed me to book Drawing House for his stay in Paris. I am certainly glad that he chose Drawing House: “Please do give them a 6 stars rating! This hotel is amazing and people here have a true culture of service. I will use it for my next stays in Paris, super professional and friendly staff. Rooms have all that it needed and I like the artistic touch throughout the hotel.” Having personally experienced the service and attention from the Drawing House team, I can certainly understand and share his appreciation. Thank you once again to Djamel and the entire Drawing House team for your excellent service, professionalism and kindness. I will definitely keep Drawing House in mind for my future stays in Paris!

“Exceeded expectations!”
This hotel is great and I would definitely recommend it. Melanie at the front desk was extremely helpful and the staff overall is very pleasant. The location is pretty good too. Definitely planning on staying here again.

“Excellent place near all amenities”
