“Disapointing - not worth the price”

Disliked: Poor room insulation - we could hear people from room above and below us and we could not rest properly during our stay. Breakfast buffet selection was poor and bread was not fresh (+ extra charge for eggs)

“Comfortable but not cosy.”

Liked: Very central location. The room was spacious and clean. Check in staff professional and polite.

Disliked: The roof top bar was closed during our stay. The hotel lobby whilst huge and impressive lacked warmth and was empty. It would have been lovely to get a coffee and some pastries sitting there but I don’t think this was an option. We only used the hotel as somewhere to sleep.

Liked: Location & Staff was excellent. Great Bedroom and Bathroom. TV was a bit small for the size of the room.

Disliked: Breakfast was mediocre for a 5 star establishment. I was surprised at being charged €10 extra for 2 fried eggs.

“Memorable for the artwork and a great holiday location.”

Liked: This is an exceptional hotel in a great location for experiencing the best of Verona. The artwork in the hotel is fascinating.

Disliked: Breakfast was very good but we did not try the restaurant in the evening because it was not clear what was on offer. However, there were numerous great cafes and bistros nearby.

Liked: The hotel is located in a historic building right in the heart of Verona’s Old Town. Excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped. The valet parking service was extremely convenient, and the fifth-floor balcony offers a stunning view of the city.
