“Value for Money”
Overall experience is good. Except for coach service driver are cranky and drives recklessly. Also conceirge not helpful with luggages to/from service car.

“Clean Stay with Great Facilities”
The property offers strong value for money, with excellent facilities, a clean overall environment, and reliable WI-FI and parking. The pool also highlights, while breakfast was a welcome plus. Staff were generally good, though the location was less convenient than other aspects. Overall, it is a comfortable and well-maintained choice.

“Dissappointing Dusit Thani Hotel”
This is one of the worst Dusit Thani hotels I've stayed in. Its a pity because the amenities, food and location are so nice and would have been worth the price had it not been for the poor customer service and poor upkeep of the rooms. I've always had a great experience at Dusit Thani Hotels (Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines) except for this one. Firstly, our two rooms had a faint smell of B.O. and 2 members of our group of 4 had allergy attacks from the poorly maintained A/C. We thought it was just us getting sick from being tired but as soon as we left the hotel our allergies and health greatly improved and our allergies went away. The shower had a scent of sewage. Secondly, the staff isn't really helpful. The concierge and front desk have no coordination at all. I reserved their shuttle to the airport and the front desk assured that they could accomodate 3 passengers and 4 luggages (i was going to take the rest of our luggage via grab) but when we checked out the rude concierge wouldnt acknowledge or even consult with the front desk the assurance i was given that they would accomodate 4 luggages. Ended up just getting a grab for our entire group. I had to go to the front desk to arrange for the concierge to get our luggage from the rooms during check out and even then i had to call twice because no one came and the concierge wouldnt pick up. Would not recommend this branch of Dusit Thani. If you want a great Dusit experience, try Hanoi.

“Great Hotel, but Boring and Unexciting”
The facilities are clean and pretty, there's a pool and golf course. Though, it is a family friendly environment--lots of kids and all that. Great if you want a get-away from the city, not great if you want to have fun and do something exciting.
