Dusit Thani Maldives - Mudhdhoo Island, Baa Atoll

Liked: Magical stay, beautiful island, so much marine life everywhere, you don't even need to look for it. Wish more of the world nature was conserved like this. 100/10 hotel experience, service crew and feels like this stay has a soul. Will definitely come again

Disliked: Wish I stayed more

Liked: My brother and I stayed at Dusit Thani for my 30th birthday. Everything was perfect from arrival to check out. Our butler, Saeed went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. The food was high standard and delicious, staff couldn’t have been friendlier, our housemaid cleaned our room twice a day, everything was easy to book and the water activities made it a truly special experience including swimming with Nurse sharks and scuba diving with Manta rays which I will remember forever. Extra efforts were taken on my birthday day with floating breakfast, champagne, birthday bouquet from the spa, happy birthday bed decorations, sunset beach dinner, and a birthday cake. Thank you Dusit Thani for making my 30th so special and so memorable.

Disliked: We found the more touristy activities to be very expensive (snorkelling, seabob etc) whereas scuba dives were great value.

Liked: Most beautiful location, most beautiful reefs for snorkelling. Amazing and pleasant staff. Special thanks to Saeed for making our stay perfect and for being such a lovely butler! We will never forget him!

Disliked: Absolutely beautiful with great facilities

Liked: House reef,mantaa,snorkeling,food.

Disliked: As in majority of Maldives hotels,there are no twin beds.

Liked: Food, staff, facilities, house reef, and general island ambience were all excellent.

Disliked: It’s a very family friendly resort with lots of lively kids, something to bear in mind if you want complete peace and quiet (although it wouldn’t stop me returning!) also some gripes about snorkelling excursions but it didn’t take away from an all round excellent stay

Liked: Resort is close to manta ray sites. The island itself is convenient for reef snorkling, especially close to Benjarong area. Sala bar provides nice sunset views, where Bawaa barman makes exceptional cocktails. Many thanks to Daniil and other guys who provide excellent service. My suggestion is to order a cheese lobster that is offered for affordable price

Liked: My partner and I just spent our honeymoon at Dusit Thani Maldives from July 6th to 11th, 2026, and honestly, we are still dreaming about it. The island itself is absolutely breathtaking, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the incredible team. The warmth and hospitality we experienced here completely blew us away. Right from the start, our amazing butler Saleem was an absolute lifesaver. He literally ran to help us with everything, anticipated our every need, and solved any little detail instantly. He made us feel so pampered and looked after. The dining experiences were just as magical. At Sala Restaurant, Amila gave us the best recommendations and made us feel so welcome with such friendly conversations. Over at Sea Grill, Irfan looked after us with immense care and kindness, making our dinners truly special. And we still can't get over the magnificent Thai food and the wonderful hospitality from the whole team at Benjarong! Every morning started perfectly thanks to the breakfast team at The Market, who fulfilled our every single request flawlessly and instantly. During the day, Laura at the Activity Center helped us organize the best tours, making all our adventures super smooth and exciting. Even returning to our room was a joy, he was so incredibly polite and kept everything completely spotless and flawless. In the evenings, the fantastic team at the Sand Bar gave us magnificent service and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon celebrations feel so special. We met so many wonderful people during our short stay that we unfortunately couldn’t catch everyone's individual names, but to the entire team working between July 6th and 11th—including those whose names we might have missed—please know that your kindness and exceptional service truly made our hearts melt. Thank you, Dusit Thani Maldives, for making our dream honeymoon come true. We already can't wait to come back!

Liked: We loved everything. The staff was great and very polite, the food was nice in all the restaurants. Our waterfront bungalow was amazing as was the whole island. Even at the end of our stay we still didn't get used to how pretty it is. We especially liked that the diving was so relaxing, you jump on the boat in the morning, see some great dive spots and jump off the boat around noon. The team takes care of your equipment, the dive boat is extremely clean, you get a fresh, dry towel after every dive and even the log book is done and printed for you after your last dive. Normally I love diving but find the prep around it a bit stressful but at dusit thani you don't need to worry about a thing! We really hope to go back one day
