The food was outstanding, with an amazing variety and excellent quality. Every meal was a pleasure! The service throughout the resort was exceptional, and the attention to detail made our holiday truly special. The whole team creates such a wonderful atmosphere, making you feel genuinely cared for from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. The restaurants were also fantastic, with great food and a wonderful atmosphere. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay, and I will definitely be coming back again. Disliked: İ booked this hotel with an “All-Inclusive” package, but after checking in, we discovered that many things were actually not included. Throughout our stay, we were constantly charged extra, and the additional costs ended up being almost half of the total price of our accommodation. The whole point of choosing an all-inclusive package was to avoid unexpected expenses, but unfortunately, we experienced the exact opposite. The package details should be much clearer and more transparent before booking. I strongly recommend checking exactly what is included before making a reservation.

Liked: The property anf the staff were amazing. They look after you from the minute you artive until you put your luggage in at thwe airport. They are all friendly and happy to provide options within the offering. The property is immaculate and our over water pool room gave privacy as well as an expansive view over the ocean. Best luxury stay we have had in A long time. Only need to pack bathers and a few changes of clothes. Things, goggles and snorkels provided. Food was varied and generally great.
