“The feeling of resting here and wanting to recommend it.”
I stayed at the beginning of October. Overall, the accommodation is acceptable, and the price is okay. However, I would like to suggest improvements regarding cleanliness, and if possible, addressing some broken items gradually. Cleanliness is really important; there is quite a lot of dust and lizard droppings. I believe that if the accommodation takes care of cleanliness and the surrounding atmosphere well, there will surely be many guests staying. I'm cheering you on!

“Room”
The air conditioning should be fixed; it's loud all night and I couldn't sleep. The hallway lights need to be repaired. There is parking available, but there's no guard to oversee it; cars are parked blocking others.

“Knocked on the door to check out.”
At 11:30, an employee knocked on the door asking us to check out, saying there was a guest waiting for the room. Confused, as the room was supposed to be available until 12:00. Why check out at 11:30? We checked in late as well. Can't we stay until 11:55? The location is good, but I won't mention the cleanliness. There are spider webs in the bathroom, mold stains, and tiny cockroaches.

“Very good, sir (the hotel next door).”
Not bad but not great. The bed is a bit hard and small. There aren't many conveniences. The shower is small, the bathroom is narrow, there's no hairdryer, and no plug with a switch for the light above. It’s okay, but at least I have my partner to sleep with, so I’m somewhat happy.

“Best value accommodation.”
The accommodation is clean with good service. I definitely recommend it; the room is nice and the air conditioning is cool and refreshing.

“If you are going to stay in a hotel, I do not recommend staying there.”
If anyone wants to stay with a hotel feel, I do not recommend staying here because it feels more like a 1000 baht rental room. There is trash on the balcony that hasn't been cleaned by the previous tenant, and the facilities are not suitable for the price to be considered a hotel, making it an inappropriate choice on Agoda.
