They have upgraded me to a harbour view room which is very nice. The staff also helped me with the luggages when getting uber to the airport

“Convenient, clean, spacious and very welcoming!”
We had such a lovely stay at EAST Hong Kong! The gentleman who helped us at check-in was incredibly friendly and helpful. He combined our reservations and even gave us a room upgrade. When we misplaced our room card later on, he patiently helped us look for it and we got it back in the end. His attitude was fantastic the whole time. The location couldn’t be better — it’s right by Taikoo MTR Station. Getting to Central or Tsim Sha Tsui is super easy. The area is quiet, and we had lovely sea views from our room. Our room was spotless, with a nice soft comfy mattress. It’s surprisingly spacious, which is hard to come by in Hong Kong. Overall, this is amazing value for money. We’d absolutely stay here again!

“V disappointing for the price”

Disliked: No coat hooks, no soap tray in shower, light switches - all on or none, transparent glass for bathroom area and shower, double room but only one chair, auto closing entry door not always closes.

“Great experience with extremely nice and helpful staff”
Liked: We visited EAST Hong Kong for a family celebration holiday with school age children and were treated very well by the extremely helpful staff in all areas (front desk, restaurant, housekeeping). We want to especially thank Albert & his team in handling all of our requests promptly and flawlessly and helping us in any situation. The hotel is also strategically well positioned for destinations both on HK island as well as Kowloon via subway or taxi and is conveniently located adjacent to the Taikoo Shing mall

“Hong Kong with a view”
Stayed in a Corner Harbour View Room, and boy, the view was spectacular—floor-to-ceiling glass looking right out over the water. While it isn't the absolute biggest layout, it feels far more spacious and well-designed than many other places in HK. Staying out on the east side of the island in Quarry Bay / Taikoo Shing was a completely different experience. It skips the chaotic, tourist-packed vibe of Central or Tsim Sha Tsui for a much more laid-back, almost local suburb feel. You're surrounded by great local dining spots for all budgets within easy walking distance, direct access into Cityplaza mall, and you're sitting right on top of the Tai Koo MTR station and tram lines. Don't skip a sunset drink at Sugar, their rooftop bar on the 32nd floor. A fantastic stay if you want a smarter, more relaxed side of Hong Kong."
