“Decent!”

The room at East Apartments was decent, but lacked storage, no in-room washing machine and views on both sides look directly at another building, close enough to shake hands! For a 1 bedroom it's a little small. Otherwise staff, location are both great and everything was well maintained and in good working order!

Liked: The rooms and hotel are new and well designed. The location is nice too.

Disliked: They only clean the room twice a week. They don't even provide soap to wash dishes, and the room is much smaller than the 44sqm they advertised.

Liked: Spacious and comfortable with welcomely fierce airconditioning, this flat was in a good location very handy to the metro. Nice water views. Staff were awesome.

“Decent serviced apartment experience in Hong Kong”

Liked: Very close to Quarry Bay MTR station. Mainly a business area, quiet outside of rush hour and on weekends. Much preferred to busy, touristy areas in HK. Very safe with a Wellcome supermarket nearby. Tai Koo City Plaza shopping mall is close by for shopping, restaurants and an ice rink! Room size is pretty generous by HK standards.

Disliked: Gym was quite small but that was about it! No pool but you can visit the nearby EAST Hotel if you want a swim. Housekeeping will only come twice a week but this is standard in serviced apartments.
