Liked: We had a wonderful 8-night stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very central, with easy access to many places on foot and excellent public transportation nearby. The breakfast was very good, and the hotel overall provided a very pleasant experience. Very professional and attentive staff, always responsive and helpful. We would happily recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

This is a repeated visit and the hotel has conveniences ie. food hall, swimming pool and a well equipped gym. love the room just a quick feedback on installing a ramp at the front of house lobby where the steps are for ease of luggage being wheeled out of the premise onto the pavement where it is a short distance away from the pedestrian traffic lights. also would be good if the chinese restaurant has a ongoing dim sum set for one/ solo pax (ie choose 4 -5 dim sum selection at 1 piece per selection).

We had to booked the hotel last minute, found they had a good price and good location! They let us early check in at 11.30am. We were really happy staying there until the last day the guests next door were very noisy and loud as they had some group inside the room. We complained to receptionist, they tried to called the next room ( we can hear the phone ringing), unfortunately the guests next door ignoring them. Just a suggestion for the hotel: please avoid placing wedding group bookings next to other guests who are looking for a peaceful and restful stay!
