Liked: So many amenities like gym, laundry, bfast, and kitchen in rooms.

Disliked: Front desk staff was slow. Towels were so thin, and only 1 per person.

Liked: The hotel offered a complimentary afternoon snack (cheese, bread, and beer and wine on tap). The room was large and comfortable. We were two adults and two children, and we stayed in a room with two double beds and a kitchenette. Slavo from Slovakia EU

Disliked: We had a room facing the Town Hall, and it was very noisy. The reason is the air conditioning fans on the roof of the adjacent building.

Liked: Location was convenient to museums and restaurants. But the street noise was extremely loud until 2:30 am.

Disliked: Did not clean the room over 3 days.

Liked: The location was amazing

Disliked: Staff was rude, food was not good

Disliked: Outlets in both bedside lamps did not work so CPAP machines couldn’t work. Luckily I had a extension cord that stretched across the room from a working wall outlet

Liked: Great location. Staff professional and friendly. Room a good size and bed comfortable.

Disliked: Was a little unsettled that the coffeemaker was not clean - used coffee grounds in it. Also body wash in shower was empty. Informed them at checkout and was given points to make up for this oversight

I reserved a room on a high floor with a city view; when I placed the order, the room was promised to be 1 X Deluxe, a deluxe guest room with a king‑size bed and a city view, on a high floor. But they gave me something different from what I had booked. There were no slippers, no bathrobe. There wasn’t even any regular water in the room. All their brand and pomp are complete nonsense, even though it’s a 4‑star hotel. I’m very disappointed.
