“Very good”

cleaning of the bedroom and bathroom daily is not professional, the bathroom floor is dirty, the soap toothbrush is forgotten... Convenient and central location, friendly staff.

“The hotel needs to improve its cleanliness and communication with guests, especially by informing guests in advance about any planned disruptions or maintenance.”

The hotel itself is nice, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the power was turned off for the entire day, which meant there was no air conditioning and made the room very uncomfortable. The hotel should have informed all guests in advance about the scheduled power outage, especially since they already knew the electricity would be turned off. Unfortunately, there was no compensation offered, even though we still paid for an upgraded room. Breakfast was okay, and the staff were friendly. However, the bathroom needs much more attention, particularly regarding the mould. This is not acceptable and should be addressed properly. Overall, the experience was disappointing because of the lack of communication about the power outage and the condition of the bathroom.

“I will not stay here again unless they replace the carpet and caulking the entire bathroom.”

Liked: The location for this hotel is great. The breakfast is reasonably good.

Disliked: It's not as clean as I would expect for the room and the hotel itself. They need to replace the whole carpet in the hotel, and caulking the entire bathroom to make it look nice and clean.
