Liked: Very clean and rooms quiet. The front office staff Ilayda, Bahar were exceptional, and really made us feel valued. Very friendly!

Disliked: The A/C was varying and would get too warm at times

It is far away. There is no internet unless you give away your passport number on some website (which I will never do!)

Liked: One of my favorite hotels in Istanbul! The atmosphere is wonderful, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is always excellent. A special thank you to Yağmur for her kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. She truly makes guests feel welcome and appreciated. I always enjoy staying at Elite World Grand Istanbul Basin Ekspres and look forward to coming back again. Highly recommended!

Old, not well maintained. Service is mediocre. Location is good.

Liked: Very modern and nice facilities. Beautiful outside area, swimming pool, and spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was also delicious. The staff is also very friendly and forthcoming. I especially want to thank Mehmet Ali and İlayda for their great service and helpfulness.

Disliked: The food we ordered to our room was great but unfortunately a bit cold already. It was okay though.

Liked: Everything was excellent and perfectly suited my expectations. This was not my first stay at this hotel; in fact, I have been choosing this hotel for more than five years. I truly enjoy staying here and appreciate all of its facilities, especially the outdoor swimming pool. I also like how well-equipped the hotel is and how everything guests may need is readily available. In addition, I would like to mention the parking service, as the staff are always extremely helpful and cooperative. I would especially like to thank Malak, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She regularly called my room to make sure everything was satisfactory and to check whether I needed anything, whether it was room service or any other assistance. Her care and attention truly made my stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to thank Shaghla, who was very helpful as well. I experienced an issue with the air conditioning in my original room, and she kindly arranged an upgrade for me, which I greatly appreciated. A special thank you also goes to Yudi, the massage therapist. Her massage was absolutely excellent, and this was not the first time I have had a massage with her. She consistently provides a wonderful experience. Overall, this is a truly exceptional hotel. If it were not, I certainly would not keep coming back and staying here time and time again. As a Booking.com Genius member, I also really appreciated receiving 20% discount vouchers for food, beverages, and massages. This is a very thoughtful and lovely benefit from Booking.com, and I am very grateful for it as well. One small point I would like to mention is that the housekeeping service seemed to be slightly less consistent this year compared to my previous stays. On a few occasions, I had to remind the staff more than once to have my room cleaned. However, in all fairness, Malak was always quick to follow up and do her best to resolve the situation and speed things up.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The comfort and cleanliness of the rooms were amazing. It had everything a hotel should have. We would especially like to thank Ms. Bahar for her warm welcome and special attention. What also makes a hotel a hotel is the attitude of its staff. Thank you for everything.
