I really like it, it’s like in China now..there are food delivery robots..yesterday I upgraded the room and it was made nice by someone, I’m sorry I forgot the name..thanks a lot, I really like it..I will definitely come back when I go to Jakarta again.

“A hotel that is relatively new and worth the price.”

The interior was very beautiful, just like in the photos, and it was a comfortable hotel to stay in. I think it's a reasonably priced hotel among the popular PIK area. It had all the necessary amenities, making it a pleasant stay. I will definitely use it again if the opportunity arises.

Great hotel at great location if you don't want to go too far off from the Airport. Plenty of food nearby, and they have cool robot delivering any cutlery/ice for you. they upgraded me to a bigger room. cheers!

“Room Unavailable, But Got Charged Anyway.”

Liked: I used to like this hotel.

Disliked: I book the room, and I already ask from here that I want to upgrade (with fee and I am agree). On the day I want to check in, they said the room is unavailable. The reason I want to upgrade is the room is quite small. At the end, I'm not stayed there, but I got fully charged. Very nice. Thank you
