Dear Management and Hotel Team, After my stay, I would like to share a few issues as follows. On the first day of check-in, I don't clearly remember the room number (right after the reception area, turn left next to the stairs down), I was assigned to a room that, while spacious, had facilities that did not meet expectations: Cleanliness & Furnishings: The table and chairs were covered in dust from not being cleaned for a long time and showed quite a few scratches. Many areas also looked unfinished or unattractive as if recently repaired or for some other reason. Bathroom design: The shower door frame has no water barrier/threshold, which caused water to spill onto the bedroom floor every time it was used. I requested to change rooms, and I noticed the hotel staff promptly and cheerfully assisted me in switching to another room. I appreciate this attentive service. I hope the hotel will inspect and maintain the above room soon to provide a better experience!

I requested a non-smoking room, but what good is that if ours was the only one? Someone in the next room was smoking, and the smell came through the bathroom vent. The bathroom fan and ceiling were covered in mold. The odor gave me such a headache I felt awful. I won't be staying here again. The only good thing was a staff member who worked during the day — they had learned Korean at Dalat University, so communication was easy.

Disliked: Khách sạn xem lại bình nước nóng lạnh không đảm bảo vệ sinh, chất lượng nước, tân trang lại phòng sạch sẽ thoáng hơn.

Liked: Amazing location, close to centre. Hot showers which was nice! Bed comfy and great staff
